At Velmora Leathers, each product is carefully handcrafted and made to order. Because of the time, skill, and materials involved in creating every piece, our return policy is structured to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in original condition

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

• The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or use

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable:

• Personalized or engraved products

• Custom-made items

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Items returned without prior approval

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of packaging

• Order number

Once verified, we will offer:

• A replacement, or

• A refund (if replacement is not possible)

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production has started, cancellations are not guaranteed due to the handmade nature of our products.

7. Important Note on Handmade Products

As our products are made from genuine leather and handcrafted, slight variations in texture, color, and finish are natural characteristics — not defects.

These variations make each piece unique.
