🧵 Are your products made from real leather?
Yes. All Velmora products are made from genuine full-grain leather.
Each piece is handcrafted in India by skilled artisans.
Because real leather is a natural material, slight variations in texture and color may occur — this is not a defect, but part of its unique character.
✍️ Are your journals handmade?
Yes. Every journal is made to order and carefully handcrafted.
We do not mass-produce our products.
Production time is typically 3–5 business days before shipping.
🚚 How long does delivery take?
Delivery time after dispatch is approximately:
United States: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days
Total estimated time (including production) is around 10–18 business days.
🌍 Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from India.
📦 Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you do not receive tracking details within 7 business days, please contact us.
💰 Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Depending on your country’s regulations, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
🔄 Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.

Yes. We offer personalization options such as name or initials engraving.
Please note: Personalized products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible due to the handmade nature of our products.
